For some reason, this app that I have on my phone decided to notify me of their Daily Verse today.

Psalm 30:5

It made me feel marginally better after reading it LOL so I went to google for a more in depth understanding.

Some of the explanations said: "Trauma can enliven the heart and enrich the soul. Clouds do have silver linings, and the leaf will burst again on the dry branch. Eventually, we will find that the grief itself will pass."

and

"Its means that pain is only temporary. It never will last because the truthful end result will be joy."

and

Just what I need to soothe my soul!
