Thankfully, tomorrow's mid-term is open book... BUT WHAT GOOD IS OPEN BOOK WHEN I DON'T UNDERSTAND HALF THE THINGS THAT'S BEEN GOING ON?!
WHAT A LOUSY TERM BREAK THIS HAS BEEN. BAH!
Ah well. In a CAPS mood now. I AM SO SCREWED. I AM A SCREW. I AM AN IDIOTIC SCREW. :'(
Anyhow, I am very much screwed. I haven't studied for my mid-term on Friday, haven't started on my term paper also due on Friday, and after spending hours in the library I didn't find a single satisfactory article for my essay! Dammit! And the bound journal I wanted was not on the shelf! Garh! Who took it!!?! Looks like tomorrow I'll have to hunt the shelves again... :(
Stupid projects... Eats up my precious term break... Gotta go all the way back to school for project meetings... mumble grumble...
And the two ulcers on the underside of my tongue refuses to go away! Owwww!!
Plus, I didn't get to eat Subway today! I wanted to eat it today but I ended spending too much time in the library. Oh boo.
What's a eight letter word that describes how you feel when you have too many uncompleted things due at the same time? Buy a vowel? ;)
PS: And with the good comes the bad, there's a Nohari thing too! Now you get to choose negative adjectives, isn't that nice? :)
I bought some strawberries coated with chocolate fondue at one of the many bazaars at school. DAMN NICE! The strawberries were like big and juicy and when eaten with the melted chocolate... hmmmm simply divine! Shuhui and me were digging our fingers into the leftover chocolate as we were sitting in her car hogging a parking slot. Wahaha.
Then I had a short and quick dinner with these ladies:

doggies courtesy of Sandy, who has finally extracted herself from the world of Maple Story to meet us! My least exciting V-day yet, dum dee dum dee dum.
I am feeling very random now, so I shall say random things.
1. I want to eat SUBWAY!!! (Been craving for it since Tuesday)
2. I need a haircut. I like getting my hair cut! Feels very liberating.
3. I am expanding, as proven by my tighter jeans. This is what not exercising for 2 months does to you. Sigh, once you're stuck with exercising you have to exercise for the rest of your life! And that is not good news for lazy asses like me. uZap!!!
4. I feel very busy!
5. Today I passed by the scene where the weapon of the Serangoon Murder was found! The bus uncle even drove slowly just so that we could all gawk. Such typical Singaporean response.
6. I want a pair of geek specs! Make that a pair of sexy geek specs, so that I can look like a sexy geek. LOL.
Recently there has been a lot of reports on Maple Story. Hmmm. I am very tempted to get A-cash and reset the stats of my lamentable archer. Please convince me that it's a waste of money!
Oh speaking of which, Sandy tells me she wants A-cash for her birthday. I am passing on the message now. Heh heh heh.
My grandma was watching the movie with us yesterday too, and my grandma, being old and everything, will yawn really loudly during inappropriate moments (like when it's a weepy scene) or chuckle to herself during inappropriate moments (like when it's a weepy scene), causing the fella sitting next to me turn his head towards the direction of the very loud yawn several times during the movie. I have nothing against grandma, but I guess she just can't appreciate sitting in the dark for 2 hours staring at a big screen.
Today is my only free day in the entire term (no tutorial this week for some reason), so I shall enjoy myself a bit rotting at home. :)
That's pretty much how I sound like these days. I want to rip out my throat already! Garh!

Today started out rather horribly; I woke up at 930 for my 10am lecture. Bravo, bravo. I felt like skipping it since I was already so late and it was pointless to go to school just for one class but I have a quiz next week and it's on stats and we're learning about this ANOVA rubbish... so I thought I would have to part with my $20 to take a cab from home to school, but I waited for 20 fudging mintues and there were no fudging cabs in sight. What the hell. Either the cabs were all headed in the opposite direction, or all of them were on call. Bloody hell, all the cabs are on call when you need them and the only cab that stopped for me didn't want to take me coz NUS is too freaking far for him. Bloody hell again.
So I walked to another road and guess what, when I'm on the other side of the junction I see an empty cab passing by! Wahlao I was damn pissed by then and it was already 10.05am and I was still stuck in Sengkang! All the freaking cabs just don't appear when you desperately need one! Or maybe the roads here are too quiet for the cabs to come. Bloody hell! In the end I gave up hope and took a train down to Harbourfront before hopping into a cab from there. Luckily for me that taxi stand always has a looooooooong line of taxis. So next time if you need to take a cab, go to Harbourfront. There are ALWAYS taxis there. I pass by there every day and I always see the loooooooooong line of cabs.
Perhaps I'm just not meant to throw away $20 on a taxi ride, that's why I didn't manage to get a cab. Hmmm. So I saved some money in the end. But by the time I got to school it was 11am, and the lecture ended at 11.30am. HOORAY, please cheer for my stupidity. What a freaking waste of time, I spend about 2 hours plus on the road and only half a fudging hour in school. KNS!
And I'm coughing my lungs out; it's getting really annoying because all that coughing is giving me a headache. What a rubbish day.
Thing is I think there's some phlegm stuck somewhere, but I can't cough it out and whenever I feel like the phlegm's dislodging itself, I make a horrible retching nosie and my food threatens to come up too. Rawrrrrrr.
The other day I was thinking about whether or not I made the right choice in going into FASS instead of just sticking with my first choice (which was SoC) because my computing module is easy peasy lemon squeazy. For once! I actually understood what the hell was going on. And I felt good about understanding too. Finally some self-worth going on for me.
My little sister is screaming in her sleep again. Sigh. When is she ever going to grow out of this very noisy habit?!
Closure. This is a very important word, this is. I want to give myself a peaceful mind after so long.
And today my boss gave me a big angbao! Heh heh heh so happy! I now have sufficient money to pay for my insurance premium! And my mom gave me a bag! And Hamster is so cute! And the world is all good and fluffy! And I found my missing belts! And today's a happy day! :) :) :)
My goodness, the amount of things I have to read are just piling up and up and up and up... both my EL modules are !!!!!!!!!! and I'm not even an EL major... Did I say that this week was going to be a good week? I speak too early. :(
