It has been pouring all afternoon, but I still feel warm and uncomfortable! Really warm. I think all the hot air is trapped inside coz we shut all the windows.

Was blog surfing last night and I found out by chance that one of my university acquaintances - I wouldn't exactly say that we are friends although we were project mates for Social Psych but we never spoke after that semester - has cancer. Kind of shocking news especially when this happens to someone our age, someone whom you actually know exists, not just a nameless and faceless statistic. It shows that we are all not as infallible as we think we are. I don't know her well but she's strong and will beat it. And yes, I am quite glad I bought hospitalization insurance!

It's time for another haircut again... hot hot hot!!! And it's not raining anymore.

I was walking all day in my new shoes. My poor toes were squashed really badly and my feet hurts. :(

I did an arty farty thing by going to watch The Importance of Being Earnest today!

Almost 2.5 years into the fandom and I am still loving them as much as when I started. :D
I have to admit that I've been really lax in keeping up with their news nowadays, what with 2 of them in the army :( , there has been scant news of them as a group. Can't say that I am as enthusiastic about visiting forums now that I have little time for leisure. But I do try to keep up!
They are still my to-go when I am in need of some laughs or amusement. That's the magic of Shinhwa. Truly legends in the Kpop industry.

11 years in the biz and still going strong - I will wait patiently for your comeback no matter how long it takes! <3

Ahahaha this is so amusing. I followed the instructions on how to make my pet poo, and Goguma did indeed pop a brown one! :D

It's a bit low res - Goguma looks a lot cuter than a mesh of ugly big pixels - I used the very primitive method of cropping in Paint since my imaging skills are obviously non-existent.
For those who are interested in the art of making your pet poo, make sure your pet doesn't get a bath and its hunger levels and happiness levels are full. And then place it in a empty room and continue to do your own stuff. The poo should come sooner or later if your pet's constipated enough.


I moved the poo to where it belongs - in the toilet! LOL :D

It was my parents' turn to brave the crowds at Suntec on Sunday! And they bought a new camera! The Panasonic Lumix TZ11. Ahahahaha. While I've always wanted to get a better camera, my sorry looking bank account has always effectively put a stop to splurging on a big ticket item. Now I don't have to fork out any money and we've got a new camera! :D

The best thing is that it has 10x optical zoom so I'm going to kop that camera for any future concerts. *Shinhwa/any member not in the army, this is your hint to come to Singapore!* :)

I chanced upon this blog called "Pet Society Anonymous" and it's pretty hilarious! There were even discussions on the finer points of pet poo like normal brown poo and golden poo. LOL! And some of the pets have such pretty houses and lots of money! Oh, the envy. (My pet is poor and can't afford such opulence.)

Clearing my remaining 2 days of leave tomorrow and next Monday... FY closing, I think I will have a lot of things to do at the end of the month...

It's black and sleek but I would have liked it even more if it came in orange.
This is my 3rd external hard drive. HAHA. I can see people shaking their head. But the price of external hard drives are getting cheaper. My first was a 80GB one that I got for $100+. Then I spent $199 on a super bulky 500GB Maxtor hard drive that had to be plugged into the power socket. This new one is $179 and it's not even big and bulky like No. 2!

Crowd at the IT fair was HUGE by the way. It took me 20 mins or so to get from the 1st floor to the 6th! Goodness. So to make my trip down to Suntec more worthwhile, I popped by The Body Shop warehouse sale and spent more of my hard earned money. :x

I think the squeezing at The Body Shop sale was much worse than at the IT fair! It's not so much that there wasn't much space for me to move about - but it was all the girls crowding over the counters and snatching up stuff!

Why on earth am I buying so much and spending so much money when my pay is going to be slashed and I have a trip to save for?!?!?! I'm facing a deficit every month! But... I feel happy when I buy stuff. Haha. Take it that I'm doing my small bit to contribute to the ailing economy.

I am marathon-ing Boys Over Flowers! It's a sweet show, but very flawed in some parts. The female lead also has a tendency to lose her brain during certain parts of the show. Ahaha. The plot is fast-paced and very similar to the Taiwanese Meteor Garden (which I must have watched about 3 times during the days of my youth) so any plot twist or turn is lost on me. It might pick up and deviate from the original from ep 13 onwards though. For now, I shall just go along and enjoy the ride!

I love being on leave and staying at home! The world is working and I am enjoying the cool, rainy weather at home. WHEE! :)

Me and my pencil, we are finally reunited. I found it lodged snugly in a file at work. After 2 weeks, it has finally come back. <3

While on my way to my first yoga class on Wednesday, I spotted a rainbow in the sky!

Anyway the yoga was quite relaxing. I didn't think it was very strenuous and hardly felt any after effects after the class. I hope we get to do the more strenuous stuff soon. And I can't master the "proper" way of breathing - inhale expand, exhale deflate. I breathe the opposite way. :x

I just watched The Amazing Race. Somehow this season's racers reminds me of last season's. The 2 brunettes remind me of the 2 brunettes last season, Kelly and Christy (the divorcees). But I guess that's just in appearances. And Tammy and Victor remind me of Nick and Starr. Except of course, I can forsee that the former will have big-brother-little-sister authority issues. Nick and Starr were so eerily lovey dovey that I would have thought they were a dating couple instead of siblings. But Nick is cute. I think Tammy and Victor are a cross between Nick and Starr and Ronald and Christina (season 12). The stuntmen are like hobbits! I didn't even realize they were so erm petite till they stood next to the other teams.

And whatever happened to America's Next Top Model?! Channel 5 just mysteriously took it off the Thu 11pm slot without giving any explanation. And the worse thing was that Urban announced the winner of Cycle 11 in last week's issue. Thanks for spoiling it for me. Growl.

Went to the Natas fair today. I hope our travel plans materialize! But first I need to renew my passport. And I need to buy a new pencil after my old one went missing. :( And I don't know why but iTunes refuses to play Hyesung's new album! Why iTunes? Why?!

I am only at ep 2 of Boys Over Flowers. Slow or what?! Sigh Saturday is over just like that and I haven't watched anything except for one episode of The Amazing Race. :(
