Today I took the most useless exam that I've ever taken in my whole life.
I went in knowing that I will fail and I came out knowing that I will fail. Anyway, it was a useless exam.
First, I dozed off countless times in the 1st hour then later I tried half-heartedly to scribble something that would make me look like I knew what was going on. Then I decided that "This Is Stupid" so I started doodling all over my question paper and wrote a very nice border on the 3rd page and scribbled Chinese lyrics all over the paper. Never in my life have I disregaded any exam like this, hahaha.
Then the 2 hours were up and never in my life have I been more relived to hear the words "Please Stop Writing". YAY! I am so relieved!!!
Anyway, a very smart friend of mine has informed me that she almost made it to the Dean's List, if not for the fact that she missed it by a mere 0.02 points.
I have such overachievers for good friends.
Sigh.
I was nodding away while trying to read Markovnikov's Rule and so decided to come online in hope of finding someone to complain to or to play a game of Minesweeper Flags or to get entertained... but there is nobody of worthy mention online!!! Bleah!
Anyway, I am very glad that Constantine is out. Yay. No more eyeliner, or big strapping guy swaggering about with messy hair flapping about and a Look that seems to scream "All hail me and my wonderful charming presence! You must be enchanted by me!" and that stupid lip-pursing expression.
Methinks Bo should go and get a haircut.
I am SO TEMPTED to not appear for my exam tomorrow. I have no idea what has been going on for the entire semester! (Save for that fateful 6.5 hour lab while staring at water boil.)
Back to the books. :(

I had a very weird dream last night.
I dreamt that I was 1.5 hours late for my 2-hour long A Level Chemistry paper. The paper was supposed to start at 6.30pm, but I only left the house at 6.25pm and I thought I would take a cab down to school and so I called Mad (coz she was the class-rep) to tell her that I was going to be damn late and she assured me that it was fine to be late and in fact, she was late too! I was so super relieved then somehow I met Pam who was also late and I suggested that we all took a cab down to school together but in the end we dilly-dallyed till it was almost 7.30pm and then we couldn't get through the call-a-cab hotline. Then we had to send an SMS to the cab company to get a cab. ???!!!
I remember I took damn long to choose a pair of shoes and the setting was at my old house. ???!!! Anyway, I can't remember what happened after that, I suppose we got to school safely and ran into the exam hall then the dream moved on to another part.
I always dream of being late for exams. Think it's an innate thing.

Sometimes I cannot help but feel that after almost a good 20 years on Earth I still don't know what I want to do with my life.
In the past, I always chose my subject combinations based on what other people told me instead of doing something I really wanted. If I really wanted to I'd gone to TJC to do MEP at A Levels but no, I didn't dare to because I thought there was no future in that area. Because I thought I wasn't brilliant enough. Because I was scared of the demands of the subject. So what happens? I dropped Physics blindly without giving it much thought because at barely 17 all I wanted to was to slack slack and slack more. (But I don't even know why I was doing Science in JC. It another of those follow-the-crowd effects.) So what happens again? I hated Econs and screwed up my results and ended up not doing anything related to what I studied in JC. I couldn't get into the course that I really wanted.
I always envied those who already knew right from the start what they wanted to do with their future, with their lives. Because they dare, and they actively take steps forward to shape their life into the way they want it to be. And I am sadly not one of those "enlightened" folks but rather one of those mediocre ones who bumble their way through life living day by day and not daring to make any plans. It is always very easy to say "I want to be a doctor or lawyer" but to be able to achieve that takes a lot a lot of hard work. I was always trying to find the easy way out, and ended up being nowhere.
So how? I don't know how to go on from here. Other people have mapped out their future routes, but I don't even know what are my interests, what are my strengths, what to major in. I am worried because an arts/social science degree is a very general degree, and it might be difficult to get a job in the future. I try to envision my life working in some boring office and squeezing in the train with all the other soulless bodies and I don't like the mental picture I've painted. (Especially the train bit, had to add that in hahahaha.)
I suppose I was waiting for that sudden flash of insight to tell me what is my calling. But now I realize that there is no insight, no epiphany.
Did I really have a hand in saying how I want to shape my life? Well, yes. But I didn't, and that is all the difference in the world.

Last night saw my pathetic and rather desperate attempt of hugging Buddha's leg. I made myself a cup of coffee at 1am and was insanely alert till about 6am. As a result, I haven't been spending much time with my bed am now blessed with even smaller eyes, big eyebags and a grumpy disposition.
After that measly pittance of 1 hour of sleep, I dragged myself to school and stared at the befuddling Japanese paper which stared right back at me, mocking and taunting.
Heh heh heh! You did not study! You cannot remember what is the expression for "I am thirsty!"
Then my mother thinks that I stay up all night to chat with friends because of the incorrect input from my father. My father, he does not know how to be discerning.
"Wah 跟你的朋友 chit-chat 到五点才去睡! 你的朋友也不用睡觉的啊? 全部跟你一样是 night owl."
What lah! I am so irritated. I didn't even turn on the computer last night!
Then I took a nap at 6pm and my mother said that I was a "懒惰猪". ~!#$%^&*!!!!!! Accusations like this irk me to no end. I had about 3.5 hours of sleep combined for two days so is it a crime to take a nap?! Sorry, but the mother-daughter bonding thing isn't doing too well for me now.
The weather is irritating the hell out of me. So XYZXYZXYZingly hot and humid and even after my bath in cold water at 1130pm I am still damn hot. TMD.
Exams. Just love 'em, don't you?

Was sorely displeased at the rate of studying and productiveness, and so I decided to take an Orange break (also in the hope that the Vitamin C will nip all the ulcers in their buds).
Anyway, to add to my fruit stabbing collection, I took a photo of the poor orange.

This one not very nice, but it'll do for now, since there's nothing else to stab.
--------
I have a rather weird habit of speaking Mandarin to people who don't understand the language. It happened once in a cab. It happened twice while I was at work. It happened once in the lift.
--------
Having an iPod is cool.
Having an iPod blasting away loudly in the morning so that the entire carriage can hear your eclectic choice of music is not.
It also further irritates morning grouches like me who has to sway about with other commuters in the train. It is more irritating when loud thumping music is played when yours truly only slept for 1.5 hours the night before. Oh I so absolutely dislike taking the train in the morning.
And yes, today's exam is screwed. Damn alligators! Damn crocodiles! Damn chimpanzees!
The end.

Two Thursdays ago there was a little girl who walked into the clinic and she was diagnosed with the Hand, Foot and Mouth disease.
I have decided to do a self-diagnosis on myself and have concluded that I am suffering from the Mouth, Mouth and Mouth disease, which is a spin-off from the popular HFM disease, of course.
The exam period is truly THE time to blog man. :D

Last night, was not a cloudy night.
Ditto the night before.
So I was lying in bed at 5am staring at the blurred image of the round, big shiny moon. It was a big happy moon. I like these sort of moons.
It was so bright, it was shining right in my face. My face was basking in the moonlight.
There was nothing else in the sky except for the big happy moon.
It reminded me of a song.
"我承认都是月亮惹的祸..."
It also reminded me of Karaoke.
Then I dragged the bolster over my eyes and tried to sleep.

The printer can print black now! Wheee!!! All it took was a call to the Epson help line and bit of nozzle head cleaning. -____-"

The banana milk tastes like... bananas. Rather sweet, artificial bananas.
And it's yellow.
When it first bubbled out of the carton, I thought it looked like melted sweet corn ice-cream, which incidentally is my favourite ice-cream flavour. But there's something weird about drinking yellow milk, you know?

The yellow banana milk
Me, I don't like flavoured milk. I like plain, white, normal milk. I am not a fan of chocolate milk (HL's chocolate milk is so damn rich my throat felt like it was a chocolate river), or strawberry milk, or banana milk. Plain, white, normal milk for me please.
Urgh. Gotta finish up that yellow milk before I can get started on the normal milk.
And damn those ulcers!!! Bah! My tongue feels like it's been through the grinding mill. And I can't locate the exact spot of the ulcer(s) because they seem to be everywhere! Everywhere hurts. ~!#$%^&*!!!

Just sat through a 1 hour 48 minutes and 41 seconds long webcast... Yawn. What a waste of my time.
On my 2nd webcast now. I just discovered the Increase Play Speed function. Hahaha.
Now they all sound like chipmunks. :D Whee! So amusing!
Shall go and try the new Banana flavoured HL Milk. Wonder if it tastes as weird as it sounds.

What an exasperating episode of The Amazing Race.
I feel like strangling Gretchen. Obviously, wisdom does not come with age. GRRRRR.
But I admire Joyce for her guts. I don't think I would ever dare to shave my head bald.
The gay couple's out. Awww no more bitching from the two of them.
Oh Eye For A Guy was rather entertaining too. I think Denise Keller is a much better female lead than Rachel Lee. And the part where the guy sang a self-composed song, that was hilarious! Hahahahahahahahaha!
So fast, one year. Was reading last year's stuff. Everytime I read I am always amazed. Everytime I read I cannot believe that I sound so stupid. Everytime I read it always seem like things were yesterday.

Just finished watching Turn Left Turn Right and this movie teaches us that
1. It is always good to know who your neighbours are so that you can save the pain of waiting, hoping, and more waiting.
2. An earthquake is all that you need to break down the walls so that you know who lives next to you.
3. It is advisable to write in waterproof ink.
4. It is also advisable to know the person's name instead of 6 numbers. I think throughout the whole show I didn't even know what the characters' names were.

4 more days to the first paper, and I have not started studying.
Believe me when I say I have not started studying. Not for the first paper, or the second, or the third, or the fourth, or the last. This is the terrible truth.
I am expecting lightning to strike me any moment now because I have not started studying.
I should tempt myself with a 3.5 CAP. An increase of 0.1 doesn't seem too unachievable, at least.
The government has decided to allow the casino. Why are we not surprised?

と曜日の天気よくなかったです。 と曜日はあめでした。
Did that make sense? (I need a lot of work in Japanese.)
Thursday.
I overheard this very interesting conversation on the bus. Can't blame me, okay. I was bored and they were right behind me and talking rather audibly. I figured if they made no attempt to cover up their conversation, then they won't mind people listening in right?
I mean, talk too loudly sometimes, and I'm sure strangers all over can hear some not-so-flattering aspects of my speech. And it's not as though they know me so it doesn't really matter.
Anyway. I can't say I can relate to their conversation, but it did give me a flash of insight, and it made me very grateful to be single.
Can you imagine having your life revolving round someone else? I cannot. No independence! So suffocating! No time lah!
Saturday.
Because of the horrible weather *shakes fist at the sky* we ended up getting drenched while cycling furiously from station to station. Awww. The weather's such a bummer. I suspected it ruined my handphone while I was trying to juggle the task of controlling the handlebars and sending out messages while cycling in the rain, because the handphone cannot be charged now. Damn you, cumulonimbus clouds. Also ruined my industrious planning, but what the heck.
Sandy the 寿星婆 was led around East Coast Park doing ridiculous tasks and answering historical trivia. Did some fast and furious cycling and oh, poor muscles. I was trying to psych my legs to work while struggling to cycle up all the up-slope portions.
But eh, anything for humilating fun. :)
After cycling from end to end we concluded the day with dinner at Kenny Rogers. I must say that I felt rather out of sorts at dinner, for reasons that I could not understand myself. Maybe I was too enthused about the whole thing but it felt a little flat.
Maybe because I didn't really get the conversation. You know how it is with these big group things. So many people, so many topics, so many people talking, how to listen?
Maybe because I think it's been too long since we had pure girlish fun without the inclusion of boyfriends. I don't mind boyfriends, but... it's cramping my style? (Sheeesssh maybe I am the only one feeling the exception rather than the norm.)
Maybe for so many things, but there wasn't any of that pizzaz that I feel when I'm out for REHK events.
I hope I am not going to come under fire for speaking my mind.
I also stopped myself from mentally dissecting the whole day -- what went wrong, what I could have done better, blah blah. No point right?
Sunday.
I went for my weekly swim and I saw this adult person bouncing on the rope. If there's anything that irks me more than a child person bouncing on the rope, it's an adult person bouncing on the rope. I felt like bitch-slapping him but of course, I always control my violent tendancies. Adult people should act their age. They should not irritate other swimmers.
At least today the pool wasn't that crowded, and surprisingly I am not aching after Saturday's long cycle.
Was watching the NKF show just now, and while I am sure they are all trying to do their part for charity and raise as much funds as possible, the last bit where they tried to stall and dig out as many calls from the audience as possible to hit 1 million was just plain annoying. Haiyo! Can't they just accept whatever that is given? Why must they ngeh ngeh talk and plead and cajole and repeat and make themselves so high-strung and disgustingly desperate just to hit that elusive 7 digits?
When the numbers ticked to 1,000,000; balloons, streamers, cheers all over, then almost immediately, the credits started rolling. @________@

Something very embarrassing happened yesterday.
I went to work yesterday and was fumbling in my little pouch for the keys to the metal sliding gate. The gate was heavy, so this Kind Person waiting outside for the gate to open helped me slide it up. So when all the patients came in, Kind Person told me "小姐, 你的东西掉了." And I was like "Got meh?" and rummaged the contents in my bag. Then I came out from behind the counter and Kind Person, with hand outstretched, was holding a pad. My pad. EEEEEKS!
I could only mutter a lame "Sorry..." and then proceeded to look as normal as possible but at the same time I was so super embarrassed and wished that I had a paper bag somewhere. The pad must have dropped out of my little pouch where I kept my keys, tissue, and all other assorted stuff. You know, in case of an emergency. The pad must have dropped out when I was fumbling for my keys.
EEEEKS!!!!
SO embarrassing! And in full view of all the other patients somemore!!!!!! *cringe*
And then when I was relating the story to Saint and Empress later last night, Empress actually asked "Is it a clean pad or a dirty one?"
Wah! Faint! If it was a dirty one I think I'd have just run out of the clinic with my face looking like a tomato!!! *cue unpleasant memory of face looking like a tomato*
But on to more pleasant stuff. My reading break starts today! It's a good thing because I don't have to wake up early for at least a week, but it's a bad thing because I actually have to start mugging. 1st paper in 8 days! May all the gods and goddesses bless me.

A couple of firsts today for me:
1) I watched a movie alone!
Watched Swing Girls which was one of those feel-good movies but I like Waterboys better. :) It's always better to oogle at cute Japanese guys than cutesy Japanese schoolgirls.
Watching movies alone is quite an enjoyable thing to do. Everybody should try it.
2) I skipped a tutorial class.
Bad me! I was feeling so horribly guilty. In fact, it can be said that I skipped tutorial just to go watch the movie. Oh I am such a bad girl. I can see the lightning strike.
Skipping tutorials is different from skipping lectures. I don't know why it's different, but it's just different. Maybe it's due to the smaller class size and the fact that your absence is made glaringly obvious. Plus tutorials are where you learn the real stuff (at least for me it is).
So guess what tutorial I skipped. Organic Chem! Hahaha! I am putting so little effort into that module that I won't be surprised if I get a U grade.
I tried to justify my condemnable actions, or else the guilt will be eating away at my insides. Attending the tutorial will be useless because:
- I can't possibly rush back to NUS in half an hour (was at Somerset then)
- I didn't do the tutorial
- I didn't attend the lectures related to the tutorial
Okay lar I think 一次生, 两次熟 right? The next time I won't be so guilt-ridden.
Checked out my exam timetable and venue and seat numbers. This sem's exams are all at MPSH 1 and 2. And all the exams are at 9am in the morning! Bloody early. :(
The only exception is Organic Chem which is at 2.30pm.
Screwed up my Japanese oral test pretty badly. :( I was about as eloquent as a hippopotamus.
Sigh. As if having her yabber in the day is not enough, the little sister also cannot keep her mouth shut while sleeping. SLEEPTALKING! I DETEST THEE!
Or in her case, it's SLEEPYELLING! SLEEPSHRIEKING! SLEEP-BLOOD-CURDLING-SHOUTING!
Shut up lar! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

Woohoo my mother's back! And she bought a lot of stuff for us! Bangkok's a really wonderful place for shopping man. So now, besides my 2008 Beijing plan I shall also work hard to save $$$ for shopping trips like these! If I can save $100 a month, I can save $1200 a year!
$100... that's even more than what I earn on bad months.
Sigh.
And now I don't have to do the laundry since my mother is back... haha! Thanks to my intelligence, I managed to dye all the towels and t-shirts a very nice shade of blue by throwing in a dark blue t-shirt into the washing machine.
I am so not domesticated.
Went to Sentosa on Saturday for the MND Family Day thingamig. It was rather boring. I think the main purpose of going there was to collect the free food and souvenirs. Therefore, I shall now recount interesting anecdotes of my little sister.
#1
Little sister and me are on the train to Sentosa. Little sister has received a SMS from mom in the morning telling us that she bought us bras from Bangkok.
Little Sister (LS) in a voice loud enough for the whole carriage to hear: Da Jie, Mummy say she buy bras for you and sports bras for Er Jie leh.
Me: *cringe* (we were in a train, for god's sake)
LS: What is bras huh?
Me: *does not know whether to laugh or cringe somemore*
LS: Why she buy for you never buy for me?
Me: *tries to hide my smile*
LS: I think it means *bunch/branch/b-sounding word leh. (actual word is now fuzzy in my memory)
Me: Er I dunno lah. You ask Mummy.
And therefore, my sister announced to the whole carriage that my mom has bought me underwear from Bangkok.
#2
Waiting for a bus outside the swimming complex. LS sees a bus on the road advertising for James Cook University.
LS: Da Jie, how can James cook the university?
Me: Hahahahaha!
I can already hear people like Gillian who thrive on the oh-so-cute mutterings of little kids saying "See? Little kids can be quite cute at times also mah!"
Say whatever you want, but I still maintain that they are nothing but a pain in the ass. :(

Little sister quibbling over her dinner (I gave her my mushroom in exchange for her fried wanton)

I think she looks like Linda Liao here, if you know who Linda Liao is. The girl on Chase with Utt.
---------------------------
Besides Miss Procrastinator and Miss Can-never-wake-up-before-2pm, Gillian has also bestowed wonderful titles upon me, the kind girl. I am also Miss Cheapo. I like the sound of it. Miss Cheapo!!! Woohoo!
She also suggested Miss Ego, but I do not think I have attained the Nirvana-like state of egoism. So I will stick to Miss Cheapo.

Somebody slap me.
3.46am and I haven't done my Japanese homework, boohoo.
I am online entertaining myself with those new horoscope thingees that Friendster has. So stupid. So ridiculous. But rather entertaining.
Somebody should also whack me on the head because exams are in 2 weeks and as usual, Miss Procrastinator here has not done anything. I also have a gazillion webcasts to catch up on.
Miss Procrastinator is also Miss Lazybones and Miss Can-never-wake-up-before-2pm. So many honorary titles. I'm honoured.
Woohoo, I'm off to print my lecture notes. :)

Head - dull ache
Stomach - hollow
Wallet - empty
Air - stinky (it's one of them 初一/十五 days again)
Deciding that I lack Vitamin C, I went in search of oranges and the fridge didn't disappoint. Big humongous oranges.
Anyway I realized that it was unnaturally big for a normal orange because the orange peel was so freaking thick.

Then I decided that I couldn't take the dull ache in my head anymore and poked around in the cupboard for that orangey pill that I believe is called paracetamol. Think it must have been the caffeine from the $5 iced lemon tea I had today that caused my head to throb so. :(
Anyway, surprise surprise! After poking about in the cupboard I realized that I knew quite a lot of the pills and medications there! Ephedyl DM (green capsule thingees for coughs), Mexidial, Pacofen, Domperidone and all that nonsense. I am so proud of myself. At least I recognize the names.
Didn't find any paracetamol but I popped some blue pill thingee that seemed to do the trick. I try not to pop pills for headaches because I read somewhere that the more you pop, the less resilient you will be to pain. That's not a very good thing right?
And then those ulcers. I hate those ulcers. The insides of my mouth were all shrivelled up when the acid of the orange interacted with those ulcers. Those ulcers were a recurring thing since... I cannot remember when. Secondary school. It was a semi-permanent fixture in my mouth. My mom says it was due to a lack of sleep. I guess that's believable because when I was clocking 9 or 10 hours of sleep a day after A levels the ulcers hardly visited.
Now they're back though. I have to apply this thingee to the ulcers and whenever I wrestle with the insides of my mouth it makes me drool.
I am still damn hungry and it is raining and I feel like cooking maggi mee but it's so late and supper does not do good things to your waistline and I will go to bed feeling like a bloated fool if I eat maggi mee now but I'm hungry hungry hungry but at least the headache is gone so yay!
I think it's the Vitamin C. :)

きのうはあめでした。 (It was rainy yesterday.)
きょうはあめです。 (It is rainy today.)
きのうはあつくなかったです。(It was not hot yesterday.)
きのうはさむかったです。(It was cold yesterday.)
Today there was a huge downpour but luckily for shelters that lead all the way to Kent Ridge Terminal, I managed to stay relatively dry. The rain was just beating down angrily and the sky was so dark and the thunder so loud. I'd have relished it if not for the fact that my shoes were wet and I was at risk of slipping and falling. I slipped again on Monday in the shuttle bus and now I have a new bruise on my knee. Whee.
I was so bored during Japanese lecture today, and yet I couldn't fall asleep because of the tea, so I started duplicating the very cute illustrations in my Jap textbook.

It says "わかりません!"

わたしはねたいです!

おいしい!
And... my favourite of all :)

Hahahahahahahahahaha!!! :D :D :D LOL :)
Oral is coming. I'm damn worried because I cannot string a proper sentence together without referring to my textbook. I can only say "I am Si Yi. I am a student. I am 19 years old." and stuff like that.
Okay, I cannot string a proper, sophisticated sounding and grammatically correct sentence without referring to my textbook.
Help! Anybody want to talk Japanese to me?!

Grumble grumble.
1. Was looking forward to a real lazy week since all the nasty work is done and this might possibly be the only lazy week that I'll get to enjoy until exams end.
Was also thinking of psyching myself to hit the books. This will probably take one week to complete that little task because it requires a garguantan effort and mind power.
My lessons end oh-so-early this Thursday and Friday! Thought I could come home early and watch American Idol at 3pm and then watch Turn Left Turn Right, or go and catch Swing Girls before it ends its run, but those free afternoons are about to be consumed by other things like tuition. :(
Therefore, lazy week is gone.
2. I'm down to work tomorrow all the way to Saturday. My working days are Thursdays and Fridays nights but today I received a message from my mom.
R u able to cover aunty XX tmr nite reply asap
Sigh.
(Can't watch American Idol.)
Then when my mom came home she said I have to cover her on Saturday because she's enjoying herself in Bangkok.
Sigh.
Oh did I mention. I got a pay increase. I am now paid $5/hr. Whoopee!
So I hope I can break out of the dismal looking figure in my bank account after this month. Then I can stop complaining that I'm broke (when pigs fly).
3. Little spots have started to appear on my face and they're those type that hurt like hell when you try and dislodge it from the pores but it refuses to ooze out because it's unripe. Bah!
I'm terrified of pimples. Because I don't want to return to those prepubescent days when stranger-aunties along the street asked me what was wrong with my face, or when relatives exclaimed about the spotty, reddish looking mini-volcanoes residing on above-mentioned face. Because I don't want to have my pores and skin probed at with a pimple extractor every week. Because I don't want to shed tears of pain and waste blood when said instrument digs unyieldingly into my skin.
4. I am not a calender, nor an organizer, nor a PDA, or whatever it is that one uses nowadays to remind them of important days and events.
Because, as I friend I believe that one is expected to remember.

Aiyoh! The lies that have to be concocted just to protect someone. I don't even know if it's called protecting.
My mother's going on a holiday to Bangkok with her friends this week. Because she doesn't want my little sister to cry and think of her when she's away, she told her that she's going on a overseas course. @___@ At least it sounds better than abandoning her in Singapore while she lives it up in Bangkok, that's her point of view.
Clinic assistants do not go on overseas courses, but my sister is too young to understand the nature of my mom's job.
Anyway, my mom just informed me of this lie and told me to play along and tell my little sister that yes, yes, nurses go on overseas courses.
*snort*
Children should not be lied to, right? 说骗话是不对的哦!
While I am no prude, at least come up with a more believable lie!!! @____@

Yay. I typed 2000 plus words worth of purposeful arguments and scintillating paragraphs.
(Without any help too!)
And I am most likely to flunk it but that's the price to pay for procrastination.
Today I got an A for my prelab. I am so happy. My first A ever, in university. How ironic that it's for Org Chem lab, of all things.
Shortly after that I received another prelab and I see 2.5/10 and a D.
So now I have 2Ds and 1A. I suppose the effect of the A is negated by the Ds. Do I really care anyway.
Should go and sleep. Else I'll have to waste my precioussssssssss, hard-earned money on cabs.

Since it's already 25 minutes into 1st April, Rainlendar (it's a desktop calendar) has displayed its April month and these dates marked in red are staring rudely back at me:
23rd: EL exam
26th: SSB exam
27th: Japanese exam
29th: Organic Chem exam
And the one that's out of sight (since it isn't May yet)
3rd May: Marketing exam
From the view point of a person living in March, April seems rather far. But to have April staring at me right back in the face...
Mein Gott. What have I been doing?! I have been living in denial!!! Exams are round the corner! And I know NAUGHT! *horrified*
Am bitter. Very bitter. I knew I couldn't count on you for your help.
